Processing of personal data

1. You hereby grant consent to TECHKO, spol. s.r.o. , with registered office at Průmyslova 368, 679 21 Bořitov, ID number: 44017235, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, section C, insert 3613, (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), in accordance with the Directive of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU 2016/ 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data of natural persons (hereinafter referred to as the "EU Directive on the Protection of Personal Data") processed the following personal data:

3. Name, surname and e-mail must be processed in order to provide information about products and services. These data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 3 years.
4. You give your explicit consent to the above processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an e-mail or letter to the Administrator's contact details.
5. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator.
6. Please note that you have the right under the EU Data Protection Directive:
   • withdraw consent at any time,
   • request from us information about what personal data we process,
   • request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
   • request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
   • request us to delete this personal data,
   • in case of doubt regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
