Gas regulation station and gas boiler room

Gas regulation station

Our company supplies gas regulation stations (RS) in a wide range of capacities and pressure levels according to the customer's needs. Most deliveries are made in the form of a higher turnkey supplier function.

We ensure with our own forces:

  • Processing of the project documentation of the machine part of the control station and the heat source for gas preheating
  • Processing of project documentation of the electrical part of the control station including electrical switchboards, LV power distribution, M&C, remote data transmissions and operation control (telemetry), lightning rods, grounding, connection and LV cable connection
  • Production and installation of the technology of mechanical and electrical parts of the control station in a technological cabinet or building
  • Carrying out the prescribed tests
  • Delivery of construction part of RS including cladding or building, fencing, paved surfaces, landscaping and access roads
  • Carrying out the prescribed tests of the mechanical and electrical parts of the control station
  • Operator training and put into operation
  • Carrying out regular inspections of the control station
  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance of the control station

We use gas filters, electric gas pre-heaters, electric switchboards and hot water exchangers with performance parameters for ordinary regulation stations used in the distribution networks of gas companies or industrial customers for the delivery of control stations.

Gas boiler rooms

Our company supplies gas boiler rooms and rooms with gas boilers mainly as part of deliveries of gas regulation stations, where they are used as a heat source for preheating gas in heat water exchangers before reducing the gas pressure to a lower value.
