Heat exchangers
Heat water exchangers of the TV type for preheating natural gas in natural gas regulating stations have been supplied by our company since 1995 mainly for the Czech and Slovak markets, but they are also installed in gas plants in Lithuania, Poland, Pakistan and other countries.
In the TV heat water exchangers produced by us, the heated natural gas flows through the U-tube bundle, the heat-carrying medium flows in the space between the tubes.
So far, our company has produced more than 1,200 hot water exchangers with outputs from 6 kW to 1,500 kW for nominal pressures PN 40, PN 63 and PN 100 and natural gas flow rates from 650 to 200,000 Nm3/h.
Based on the customer's request, we will be happy to prepare a technical, price and term offer. In the event that none of the standard produced hot water exchangers meet the parameters specified by the customer, we are able to design and deliver an atypical warm water or hot water exchanger, as our company provides strength and technological calculations and equipment construction with its own employees.
The tables below include heat water exchangers supplied as standard and also heat water exchangers supplied to order according to the parameters specified by the customer.
