Metal welding
Carbon steel welding is our core manufacturing activity for supplies:
- fittings for gas regulation stations (gas filters, electric preheaters, hot water exchangers)
- regulation stations, gas boiler houses, gas measuring stations and gas pipelines
- stable pressure vessels, pipe parts, separators, condensate tanks, etc.
We also do limited welding of stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys.
Our company has established, maintains and meets the requirements of the management system and quality requirements for fusion welding according to ČSN EN ISO 9001 Quality management systems and ČSN EN ISO 3834-2 Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials - Part 2: Higher quality requirements.
For the production of steel construction parts, elements, assemblies and constructions of the execution class up to EXC3, our company holds a certificate of conformity of production management according to EN 1090-1 + A1 issued by a notified body.

Orbital head welding
Our company uses an automated TIG welding method for welding tube - tube sheet welds in heat exchangers, where the weld joint is made by controlled circulation of the tungsten electrode around the axis of the welded pipe, with or without the addition of welding wire.
