Electrical switchboards

Electrical switchboards are used to connect and control all electrical equipment of medium-pressure and high-pressure natural gas regulating stations.

 

RRS TYPE SERIES ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTORS FOR GAS TEMPERATURE REGULATION AT THE OUTPUT OF THE REGULATING STATION:

 

We manufacture switchboards of the RRS type series according to individual customer requirements from insulating wall-mounted switchboards. Each switchboard is equipped with disconnecting, securing and protective elements, overvoltage protection and RS lighting control, built-in mounting sockets, switching on and off of boilers or electric preheaters according to the specific type of switchboard. Other instrumentation such as temperature regulators, connecting contactors, auxiliary relays, etc. differ according to the method of gas preheating.

We supply the following electrical switchboards for VTL RS:

Type RRS ..P S. …

  • used to control electricity of gas preheaters with an input of 2 (05P), 6 (01P), 12 (04P) and 18 (02P) kW
  • used to control electricity of gas preheaters with an input of 2 (05P), 6 (01P), 12 (04P) and 18 (02P) kW - are intended for VTL RS with one electric gas preheater (designation S1) or two electric gas preheaters (designation S2)
  • to control the gas outlet temperature sensed by a Pt 100 resistance temperature sensor, a PID electronic temperature controller type K38 manufactured by Ascon Technologic (one or two depending on the preheater) is installed controlling the preheater output via semiconductor relays 
  • circuits are fitted for: 
    • power supply of RS construction and technological electrical installation (lighting, electric preheater or preheaters, in case of a request to power the telemetry boxes of the counter or remote data transmission, etc.)
    • reversible shutdown of electric gas preheaters from operation in the event of exceeding the maximum permissible gas outlet temperature from the electric preheater
    • irreversible shutting down of electric gas preheaters from operation in case of exceeding the permissible wall temperature of the pressure part of the electric preheater
    • switching of gas preheating from the electric gas preheater of the operating regulation series to the electric preheater of the backup regulation series in double-row VTL RS with two electric preheaters based on signals from the end sensors of the safety quick-release shutters. For sensing and signaling the position of the SČA or TARTARINI safety quick-release shutters, our company supplies limit switches of the KST type.

Type RRS 03B S..Type RRS 03B S..

  • are intended for VTL RS with gas preheating in hot water exchangers, where the heat source is gas boilers
  • to control the gas outlet temperature sensed by the resistance temperature sensor Pt 100, an ON/OFF electronic regulator DIXEL XT110 is installed (one or two according to the number of boilers installed on the RS for gas preheating) directly controlling the gas boiler via its contact input for the room thermostat
  • circuits are fitted for: 
    • power supply of construction and technological electrical installation of RS (lighting, power supply of gas boiler or boilers according to the installed technology, in the event of a request to power the telemetry boxes of the counter or remote data transmission, etc.)
    • switching off and controlling the gas boiler, or selecting the main boiler in the case of two boilers
    • safety shutdown of the power supply to the boiler or boilers by the automatic relay of the switchboard in the event of a fault in the hot water circuit of the exchanger (closure of the safety quick-closer on the line for self-consumption sensed by the position sensor connected to the switchboard

Type RRS 03B S..ATyp RRS 03B S..A

  • are intended for VTL RS with gas preheating in hot water exchangers, where the heat source is gas boilers and a mixing valve is used in the hot water circuit, which controls the temperature of the water supplied to the hot water exchanger, which enables more accurate regulation of the gas outlet temperature from the RS
  • a programmable control terminal is installed to control the gas output temperature sensed by a resistance temperature sensor Pt 100 with a converter with an output of 4-20mA, which controls the servo drive of this mixing valve in a three-point regulation mode
  • circuits are fitted for: 
    • power supply of construction and technological electrical installation of RS (lighting, power supply of gas boiler or boilers according to the installed technology, power supply of the mixing valve and circulation pumps according to the installed technology, in the event of a request to power the telemetry cabinets of the counter or remote data transmission, etc.)
    • switching off and controlling the gas boiler, selecting the main boiler if two boilers are installed, controlling the position of the servo drive of the mixing valve
    • safety shutdown of the power supply to the boiler or boilers by the control terminal in the event of a fault in the hot water circuit of the exchanger (closure of the safety quick-closer on the line for self-consumption sensed by the position sensor connected to the switchboard

SPECIAL ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION BOXES:

They are made of insulating wall-mounted distribution boards, or it is possible to use sheet steel distribution boards according to the customer's requirements. These electrical switchboards are intended, for example, for medium-pressure control stations without gas preheating and are therefore used to power building electrical installations or for other purposes requested by the customer. This series also includes power supply and telemetry cabinets used for connecting sensors to the technology and object of the control station and for remote data transmission from the control station to the central dispatch.

These electrical switchboards are designed and manufactured to order based on project specifications and supplied including instrumentation for telemetry, remote control and remote data transmission.

EELECTRICAL CONNECTION DISTRIBUTION BOXES:

According to their design and function, electrical connection switchboards are divided into electric meter and switchgear. 
The electricity meter switchboard is used to connect the electrical devices of small customers to the distribution devices of the electricity supplier and to measure single-rate electricity consumption. The connection is made with a low-voltage cable connection. The electricity meter switchboard can also be equipped with a main switch with a controller accessible from the outside of the switchboard, and then, in addition to consumption measurement, it also performs the function of a device for emergency shutdown from the source. 
The switch box equipped with, among other things, a main switch with a controller accessible from the outside of the cabinet fulfills the function of emergency shutdown of the power supply.
Depending on the selected variant, the switchboard is made up of one, two or three PER type insulation modules mounted in a pillar.
We supply switchboards in single-phase or three-phase design in three series according to the rated current – 25, 40 and 63 A.
