Electric preheaters

Electric preheaters for natural gas preheating in natural gas regulation stations of the EP type have been supplied by our company since 1994 mainly for the Czech and Slovak markets.

In the EP type electric gas preheaters produced by us, the heated natural gas is in direct contact with heated electric heating elements.

Electric gas preheaters of the EP type are devices designed for use in environments with the risk of natural gas explosion Zone 2 according to ČSN EN 60079-10-1.

So far, our company has produced more than 1,600 pcs of EP-type electric gas preheaters with electric powers of 2, 6, 12 and 18 kW for nominal pressures of PN 40, PN 63 and PN 100 and operating flow rates from 45 to 520 m3/h.

We also supply electric nitrogen preheaters with 0.7 to 6 kW and a maximum operating pressure of 50 kPa, which are used in coking plants.
