INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Statement on the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on personal data protection) - hereinafter referred to as GDPR - in connection with the processing of personal data and the instruction of data subjects.

Commissioner for the protection of personal data:

Administrator of personal data – TECHKO, spol. s.r.o. – is not obliged to appoint a personal data protection commisioner according to Article 37 of the GDPR.

the legitimate interests of the administrator or a third party, except in the cases specified in the GDPR
fulfillment of the contract
fulfillment of legal obligations

for the purpose of protecting property and health (camera system)

The period for which personal data will be saved:

We process and store your personal data for the period necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from the contract and for the period during which the company TECHKO, spol. s.r.o. obliged to keep as administrator according to generally binding legal regulations or for which you have given us consent for processing. In other cases, the processing time results from the purpose of processing, or is determined by legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.
