Installation of welded-on pieces in pipelines and their use for pressure sensing
Pressure sensing area:
Turbine gas meters: from 6 DN before the gas meter to 5 DN
Rotary gas meters: from 2 DN in front of the gas meter to 4 DN
Use of welded-on pieces:
A, B - connection of an indicating pressure gauge
C, D - connection of a registration pressure gauge,
gas quantity counters, pressure sensors, etc.
Connecting the registration pressure gauge in the same room or within a 5m length of impulse pipe ( D ):
- extension NTP 20, on which is screwed the shut-off valve for pressure gauges ČSN 13 7517.5 type A
(type B) through a pressure gauge socket adapter (part of the shut-off valve to the pressure gauges), PM 20L/8 screw connection - tube f 8mm ČSN 42 6711.31 of the appropriate length
- screw the PM 20P/8 fitting onto the registration pressure gauge
Connection of the registration pressure gauge outside the room or above 5 m of impulse pipe length ( C ):
- extension NTP 20, on which the shut-off valve for pressure gauges ČSN 13 7517.5 type A is screwed
(type B) through a pressure gauge socket adapter (part of the shut-off valve to the pressure gauges), PM 20L/8 screw connection - tube f 8mm ČSN 42 6711.31 of the appropriate length
- screw fitting PM 20P/8, shut-off valve for pressure gauges ČSN 13 7517.5 type A (type B) screw on
to the registration pressure gauge via the pressure gauge socket adapter (part of the closing valve to the pressure gauges)
Installation of direct welded-on pieces in a horizontal pipe for temperature sensing
